GIVEHOPE along with their corporate partner BSI Engineering haav awarded two researchers at the University of Cincinnati grants totaling $75,000.
A grant of $40,000 was given to Dr. Vladimir Bogdanov for his research in Spliced Tissue Factor and Trafficking of B1 Integrins in Pancreatic Cancer Cells. This is the 3rd grant awarded to Dr. Bogdanov by GIVEHOPE, the results of his research could go to human clinical trials by early 2017. The second grant of $35,000 was awarded to Dr. Xiaoyang Qi for his research into Mechanistic study of Pancreatic Cancer Induced Immunosuppressions. This field of study is showing promising results across all types cancer and we are thrilled to support Dr. Qi in his efforts to apply this groundbreaking research in the area of pancreatic cancer.
