For our 10th anniversary celebration, BSI Engineering and GIVEHOPE are honoring Dr. Syed Ahmad, Professor of Surgery, The Hayden Family Endowed Chair for Cancer Research, Chief Division of Surgical Oncology and Co-Director of the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center. Besides being an amazing physician, Dr. Ahmad was the inspiration for GIVEHOPE’s creation. The day after Beth Sininger Flege’s initial appointment with him, an article written by Dr. Ahmad was published in the weekly Pulse Journal describing the need for more funding of pancreatic cancer research. This article was why the family decided to create GIVEHOPE. CTI Restaurants / Taco Bell and their wonderful employees past and present. CTI has raised $60,373, one dollar at a time, by selling $1 GIVEHOPE cards at their stores. To support our 10th anniversary they are donating $100 a month to GIVEHOPE and would like other businesses to match their donation.
